As an Artist Manager, you will assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist/influencer management
- Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up campaigns, selecting influencers, and managing timelines
- Coordinate content creation with influencers to ensure brand standards are met
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships
- Review influencer content before posting to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with creative and business development teams for smooth campaign execution
- Manage talent schedules and availability for client campaign timelines and deliverables
- Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and influencer strengths
- Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking
- Identify and onboard new talent, manage high-potential creators, and support their growth and career success
