About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and talent development initiatives that impact business outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement analytics-driven insights to inform talent decisions and optimize workforce planning.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the HR function, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in HRBP or similar role with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems and tools, such as Workday or BambooHR.
