Strategic HR Business Partner

You will be responsible for driving organizational performance through people-related solutions.

This role requires a strong HR professional who can create talent strategies that enable business success.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business leaders to achieve strategic objectives on various people-related areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and talent strategy and execution.
  • Consult with leaders to develop a comprehensive talent plan to influence lasting change in the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create value-added propositions for your business in recruitment, employee development, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Use and request data strategically to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintain deep connections with people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Ability to work in constraints.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
