Job Title: Process Optimization Leader

Are you a seasoned professional in operations management looking to drive growth and excellence? We seek an experienced leader to spearhead our production processes, ensure quality standards, and propel sales strategies forward.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, exceptional sales and customer relationship skills, and a deep understanding of plastics and plastic recycling.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Network with vendors and stakeholders to source high-quality raw materials.
    • Develop and implement effective segregation protocols for scrap materials based on quality standards.
    • Lead site-level production teams to ensure timely and efficient production.
    • Collaborate with partners to enhance feedstock value.
    • Design go-to-market strategies for sales and create a market for various items of Phugga (Polyolefins).
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Ensure timely and concise reports on project progress.
    • Standardize machine inspection check sheets and operation check sheets.
  • General Expectations:
    • Demonstrate professionalism at all times and prioritize workload effectively.
    • Adhere to established policies, SOPs, and protocols.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
    • Travel frequently across locations as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Plastics Engineering or MBA.
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations management.
  • Excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
  • Good understanding of plastics and plastic recycling.
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Tamil and Hindi is advantageous.
