Quality Excellence Manager Role

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in quality performance by defining and implementing inspection standards, supervising the implementation of quality standards across the organization, and monitoring process control.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Inspection Standards: Create and implement quality judgment criteria for products to ensure consistent quality outcomes.
  2. Lead Quality Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of quality standards across departments, promoting a culture of excellence.
  3. Enhance Process Control: Drive ongoing improvement in quality performance by analyzing data, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing targeted actions.
  4. Analyze Quality Metrics: Collect and analyze quality data to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Implement Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions that align with business objectives.
  6. Manage Audits and Compliance: Coordinate customer audits, internal audits, and regulatory audits, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, plus at least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  2. Language Skills: Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations is essential.
  4. Quality System Knowledge: Strong understanding of IATF 16949 quality management system principles and practices.
  5. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions using quality tools and methodologies.
