Technical Data Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Management Specialist to help us build and manage systems that organize important business data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize the Stibo STEP platform for data management solutions.
  • Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • Design and develop integrations between Stibo and other systems using APIs, ETL tools, or web services.
  • Collaborate with the team to find the best technical options and guide them in development.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
