We are looking for a skilled Renewals Specialist to manage customer subscription renewals and help transition customers to our ordering platform.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction, accuracy, and timely renewal processing. They will be responsible for executing all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notification, quote building, and closure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer renewals for software subscription products
  • Notify and assist customers with migrating to our ordering platform at renewal time
  • Finding and executing upsells within the customer base
  • Ensuring invoice accuracy and working closely with Finance to collect payments
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Embracing AI use in repetitive tasks and being open to learning automation using AI

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal (phone) and written (email) communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with ability to handle large account volumes
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • SaaS-based application experience
  • Preferred: Salesforce.com experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Preferable: robotic automation/AI tool experience
