Job Description

The Renewal Account Professional is responsible for driving the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for assigned customers in a defined unit. As part of our organization, this position will serve as the primary role responsible for sustaining/renewing customers and growing our annual recurring revenue baseline.

The key responsibilities of the Renewal Account Professional include:

  • Completing and executing preventive actions on cancellations and erosions, leveraging early insights and collaborating with customer success management, services delivery management, and customer services management.
  • Developing, applying, and delivering cancellation and erosion save plans alongside customer success, with the aim to increase customer retention and revenue retention.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and developing new business opportunities through the generation of new revenue.
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations to align with business objectives and ensuring common understanding of scope of work and renewal strategy.
  • Overseeing or preparing and developing renewal contracts/SOW as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Able to work effectively with multiple customers at the same time, capturing each engagement's discussions, notes, follow-up, issues, etc.
  • Able to work successfully at the intersection of business, technology, and services, translating/communicating across both.
  • Possess presence: enthusiastic and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional.
  • Innovative and assertive, with the ability to pick up new technologies and assess situations quickly.

Key Skills

  • Sales success managing account relationships and developing new account opportunities.
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ERP, Install Base, and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.

Benefits
