Subscription Lifecycle Manager Job

This role involves overseeing the entire subscription lifecycle to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for users.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversight of sign-up to renewal process for smooth user experience.
    • Monitoring and management of subscription billing, payments, and invoicing for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analysis of subscription data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Generation and presentation of regular reports on key metrics such as subscription growth, churn rates, and revenue.
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
    • Collaboration with customer support to address and resolve subscription-related issues and inquiries.
    • Implementation of feedback mechanisms to improve the subscription experience based on customer insights.
  • Retention and Growth Strategies:
    • Development and execution of strategies to increase subscription retention and reduce churn.
    • Work with marketing and product teams to implement campaigns and features aimed at attracting and retaining subscribers.
  • Pricing and Packaging:
    • Assistance in developing and optimizing pricing strategies and subscription packages to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, product, and analytics to ensure alignment on subscription goals and initiatives.
    • Communication of subscription strategies and performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in subscription management, preferably within the OTT video streaming or mobile app industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in subscription management and billing systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
