Strategic Fund Operations Manager

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing fund operations. Your primary focus will be on driving solutions in fund management, ensuring smooth team operations, and overseeing various financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise to ensure seamless team performance.
- Onboard new funds by reviewing offering materials and setting up accounts.
- Review and sign off on fund NAV packages and financial statements.
- Oversee capital event letters, including capital calls and distributions.
- Review quarterly performance reports for private equity funds.
- Process subscriptions and redemptions for hedge and multi-asset funds.
- Engage with fund administrators to discuss deliverables and accounting issues.
- Prepare and review regulatory filings for compliance.
- Monitor third-party service providers and prepare board meeting materials.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure day-to-day financial operations run smoothly through effective coordination.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of fund accounting experience.
- Partnership accounting experience.
- Understanding of private equity and hedge fund mechanics.
- Ability to prepare and review financial statements effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
