Job Title: Software Reliability Engineer

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our digital systems, identifying potential issues early, and implementing preventive measures to boost system resilience. As a key member of the team, you will participate in root cause analysis, drive corrective and preventive actions, and prioritize improvements in the SRE backlog.

  • Key Responsibilities:

• Engineer reliability by identifying potential system issues early, implementing preventive measures, and boosting system resilience.

• Automate processes to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.

• Solve problems at scale by participating in root cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.

• Optimize performance by applying programming and scripting expertise (Python, Bash, etc.) to strengthen infrastructure and services.

• Mentor & grow by sharing knowledge with peers, championing best practices, and pushing for innovation.

What we need from you:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

• Experience:

  • 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response & problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

Nice to Have:

  • Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools.
