Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our production environments.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of production reliability, ensuring services remain resilient, secure, and cost-optimized in large-scale GCP and GKE environments.
  • Lead infrastructure automation, incident management, and on-call support, driving post-incident analysis and MTTR reduction.

This hands-on leadership role builds scalable systems and guides best practices across DevOps, SRE, and security.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with development and research teams to enhance architecture, improve service reliability, and optimize performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer with a strong passion for technology, reliability, and service excellence.
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (GCP preferred), managing large-scale, multi-project, multi-cluster environments.
  • Strong background in infrastructure automation and orchestration using Terraform, HashiCorp tools, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
  • Proficiency in containerized and virtualized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) with advanced scaling strategies.
  • Solid experience in CI/CD and release automation, including configuration management and deployment pipelines.
  • Programming skills in Python or Go with high proficiency in Linux systems.
  • Knowledge of databases such as Cassandra, ScyllaDB, MemSQL, or MySQL (advantage).
  • Strong expertise in incident response, RCA, and post-mortem analysis, driving MTTR reduction and operational resilience.
