Site Reliability Engineer Position

Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer. The goal is to guarantee the stability and performance of sophisticated software systems, leveraging expertise in GenAI models and cloud platforms to identify and resolve technical issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical support for AI/ML/GenAI environments, using experience with GenAI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, PaLM2, Llama2) and frameworks (e.g., RAG, Agents, COT).
  • Cloud Platform and DevOps: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based systems on Azure, AWS, or GCP, utilizing DevOps tools for efficient delivery and monitoring.
  • Database Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB and data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks) to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Scripting and Automation: Develop and implement Python scripts, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages to automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve system efficiency.
  • Monitoring Tools: Configure and utilize monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus to proactively detect and resolve technical issues.
  • ITIL Application Support Management Processes: Apply ITIL principles to manage incident/problem/service/Jira management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Kubernetes and Containerization: Leverage containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferably EKS or OpenShift) to deploy, manage, and scale applications efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical support or engineering, preferably in AI/ML/GenAI environments, with a minimum of 7-12 years of experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) models experience.
    • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4.0, and GPT-4-O.
    • Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
