Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Engineer to provide expert-level support in the condition monitoring of rotating equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using various condition monitoring techniques, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and videoscopy, to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

They will work closely with our team to develop and implement reliability improvement plans, ensuring that our equipment operates at optimal levels.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of rotor dynamics, mechanical design, and equipment function, as well as experience working with condition monitoring data systems like CSI Emerson SKF and GE System1 SmartSignal.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Accredited vibration analysis training Cat I
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems and various oil analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with vibration standards and basic knowledge of machine condition monitoring balancing alignment and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
