Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist

We are seeking an accomplished Obstetrician-Gynecologist to lead our team of medical professionals in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gynecology, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing patient care, supervising medical teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outpatient Department (OPD) sessions, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal use of time.
  • Conduct thorough consultations, providing expert advice and guidance to patients.
  • Perform Sonography and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) procedures as needed.
  • Prescribe medications and requisition equipment as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Doctors and nurses to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Take charge of operative procedures (Operative Procedures Unit, Embryo Transfer, Hysteroscopy), ensuring timely preparation and execution.
  • Supervise Anesthesia notes and Operating Theater documentation.
  • Develop and implement post-operative care plans, including counseling and follow-up appointments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gynecology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
