About Your Role:
You will be responsible for helping with various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing exceptional support to employees. You will also contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
New Employee Onboarding:
- You will prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
- You will conduct new employee orientation and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
Employee Records and Documentation:
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system.
- You will ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- You will prepare HR-related documents, including employment verification letters and disciplinary actions.
Benefits Administration:
- You will assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- You will collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure timely processing.
- You will help employees understand the company's benefits offerings.
Performance Management:
- You will support the performance appraisal process, tracking timelines and documentation.
- You will assist in organizing performance reviews and 360-degree feedback evaluations.
- You will maintain performance-related records and ensure confidentiality.
Employee Relations:
- You will provide initial support to employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
- You will escalate employee relations matters to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary.
- You will contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Training and Development:
- You will coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- You will assist in monitoring training attendance and effectiveness.
- You will maintain training records and produce reports as needed.
HR Compliance:
- You will stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices.
- You will assist in compliance-related tasks, such as EEO reporting and workplace posters.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is a must.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work is expected.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
