We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in Digital Banking.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about quality engineering practices, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality banking solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications.
  • Building and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
  • Participating in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements, collaborating in design discussions, and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle.
  • Actively learning and adopting new testing tools and techniques to continuously improve test coverage and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.
  • Solid understanding of digital banking workflows including Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered testing tools and concepts such as AI-driven test case generation.
  • Experience in shift-left testing practices, working closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.
  • Holds an ISTQB Test certification
