About the Job

We are seeking a Quality Assurance expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all external and internal requirements are met before product release.

You will inspect procedures and outputs, identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. You will also devise quality control procedures and monitor operations affecting quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product integrity: Verify that all products meet required standards and specifications.
  • Identify and correct defects: Conduct thorough inspections to detect errors or irregularities.
  • Implement quality control measures: Develop and maintain processes to ensure consistent quality.
  • Mentor and guide team members: Provide training and guidance on best practices and quality procedures.
  • Solicit customer feedback: Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Report issues and trends: Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers.
  • Analyze data and improve processes: Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain records and documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of quality metrics and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles.
  • Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical education and work experience.
  • Skills: Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
  • Education: Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Languages: Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
