Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our operations and services.

About the Role:

The QA expert will play a crucial part in identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact our customers. This involves developing procedures to inspect and report quality issues, monitoring all operations that affect quality, and supervising and guiding developers, business analysts, and other project team members on best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures to ensure the reliability and consistency of development processes.
  • Monitoring all operations that affect quality and reporting any issues or deviations from best practices.
  • Supervising and guiding developers, business analysts, and other project team members on best practices.
  • Ensuring all legal standards are met and maintaining records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in QA or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience working directly with Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
  • Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and apply statistical tools.
