SEO & Google Ads Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SEO and Google Ads specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive measurable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various formats (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency.
  • Optimize WordPress websites for improved Core Web Vitals, site structure, and schema to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Search Console to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Produce actionable reports for clients and internal teams, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and PPC trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain expertise and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads, with a strong track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other industry-leading platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Tag Manager.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills.
  • Bonus points for experience with Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
