We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual and automation testing.
- They will develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts to support product development.
- The role involves conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of networking-related features.
- The Quality Assurance Engineer will identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail for efficient issue resolution.
- Collaboration with the development and product teams is essential to align on requirements and fixes for product improvement.
- The successful candidate will work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing for seamless deployment.
- Analyzing logs, supporting root cause analysis, and suggesting improvements to enhance product quality will also be part of the job.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
- Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes.
- Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus).
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
