Validation Specialist

Job Description:

We seek a skilled Validation Specialist to spearhead our quality assurance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in developing and implementing validation strategies and processes, ensuring product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include overseeing the execution of validation activities, performing risk assessments, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing relationships with external vendors, and ensuring end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.

The successful candidate will also lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.

The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
