Job Title

A quality assurance lead is needed to oversee the testing process for web applications.

  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
  • Lead and manage a team of testers, including mentoring and providing guidance.
  • Manage testing for high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Manage complex quality assurance challenges and issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing.
  • Good analytical and logical skills to think through new applications and strategize testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Good understanding of web and mobile-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ideal experience with Linux environment.
