Key Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to lead sales and business development efforts in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the hotelier segment and excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrate products, and highlight the value of our solutions tailored to hospitality needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the hotelier segment to ensure repeat business and long-term collaborations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations, and negotiate rate contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor tracking to stay ahead of trends and position our company effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events to represent our company, generate leads, and expand market presence.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the HORECA industry.
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the hotelier segment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, with high organization, attention to detail, and target-driven capabilities.
