We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Cleanliness Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's housekeeping department. This key role is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces and restaurants, meet the highest standards of comfort, hygiene, cleanliness and hospitality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the hotel, hiring and training new staff to ensure a seamless service. Essential skills and qualifications include knowledge of cost management, interior design, chemicals and cleaning equipment, horticulture and landscaping, written and verbal communication, property management and guest feedback systems, equipment knowledge and management, computer skills and safety and hygiene practices.

As Hotel Cleanliness Manager, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills">
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously">
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene">
  • Knowledge of cost management, interior design, chemicals and cleaning equipment, horticulture and landscaping, written and verbal communication, property management and guest feedback systems, equipment knowledge and management, computer skills and safety and hygiene practices">
  • Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field (desirable)">
