Job Title: Regional Manager for Affordable Housing Finance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Regional Manager for our Affordable Housing Finance vertical. The incumbent will oversee business operations, drive sales strategy, and manage a high-performing team across the Mumbai region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales and operations for the assigned state, focusing on affordable housing finance products. Key objectives include driving business growth through effective planning, target setting, and execution of sales strategies.

The selected individual must build and maintain a robust distribution network of DSAs, connectors, and channel partners. They will also ensure disbursement targets are met while maintaining portfolio quality.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring zonal/territory-level sales managers and their respective teams. The Regional Manager must monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop regional strategies.

Key Requirements:

Mandatory experience in the affordable housing finance sector is essential. Prior experience managing ticket sizes between 5 lakhs to 50 lakhs is required. Strong regional knowledge of Mumbai & Pune is also necessary.

A proven track record as a Territory Sales Head or State Head in housing finance is required. Excellent leadership and team-handling capabilities are necessary. Deep local network and understanding of customer behavior in the affordable housing segment are also required.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
