Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Land Surveyor located in Mumbai. The Senior Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic and land surveys, utilizing total stations, and performing building surveying tasks. The role involves preparing accurate survey reports, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying skills
- Experience with Total Station and Building Surveying
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in professional Surveying
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
