Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving business objectives through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Your primary focus will be on delivering results-oriented solutions that enhance our clients' capabilities and drive growth.

  • You will work closely with contractors to understand their needs and provide tailored support to meet their demands.
  • Your role will involve capability development of contractor relationship officers, focusing on demand generation, sales outreach, and contract management.
  • You will ensure regular engagement with contractors, including enrollment of new partners, revival of inactive relationships, and timely communication about new products and services.
Key Objectives:
  • To deliver value per contractor target as per defined norms.
  • To ensure site leads qualify as professional sites and are intimated to the respective sales officers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
