**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our converged infrastructure, provision new deployments, and support expansion of resources.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing uptime and performance characteristics of SAN infrastructure and converged platforms.

This role involves handling escalated issues from the L2 team and clients to ensure timely resolution.

The successful candidate will analyze monitoring results and recommend changes to improve performance, security, and utilization.

Additionally, they will plan and recommend infrastructure modifications or additional equipment to increase system capacities.

Troubleshooting is a key aspect of this role, with a focus on maintaining high levels of system uptime and performance.

The selected candidate will coordinate with OEMs for hardware replacement, advanced troubleshooting, and code upgrades.

They will also be responsible for day-to-day operations, closing BMC tickets within SLA, and coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues.

Finally, they will plan and raise RFCs for required changes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in VMWare administration, with expertise in storage, recovery point, UCS, and vCentre monitoring.

A strong understanding of SAN infrastructure and converged platforms is essential.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to optimize performance, security, and utilization.

Familiarity with OEM hardware and software is also required.
