Job Title: Android Automotive Software Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Android Automotive Software Specialist to join our team. As a software specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications and frameworks.

About the Role

This is a key position in our organization that requires strong technical expertise, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Android Application Development: Develop innovative and user-friendly Android applications using Kotlin and Java programming languages.
  • Framework Development: Design and develop robust Android frameworks to support application features and improve overall system performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate applications and frameworks into the AAOS and AOSP environments.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of developed applications and frameworks to ensure high-quality results.
  • Documentation: Create accurate and concise documentation for code and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AAOS and AOSP, with experience in Android app development using Kotlin and Java.
  • Framework Development Skills: Proven ability to design and develop robust Android frameworks.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.

Nice-to-Have Skills

The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:

  • Automotive Infotainment Systems: Experience working with automotive infotainment systems.
  • Modern Development Tools: Familiarity with modern development tools and practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging tools.

Languages
