
Professional Growth and Partnership Builder

We are seeking a results-driven professional to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and build long-term partnerships. The role requires a strategic mindset, proven experience in institutional/corporate sales (ideally in retail or allied sectors), and the ability to work independently to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and drive opportunities from initiation to closure.
- Represent the firm at industry events, network with stakeholders, and position the firm as a trusted partner in retail design.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client needs, showcasing the value proposition of the firm.
- Partner with the design and project teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor retail trends and emerging opportunities to keep ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
4–6 years of sales experience; institutional and corporate sales background preferred.
Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers.
Attributes: A proactive self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
