About the Role

We're seeking a Senior IT Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with our company's business goals. You'll lead and implement IT transformation initiatives for the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring operational efficiency and security.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
  • Lead IT transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Implement best practices for IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met through effective IT solutions.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage technology projects from conception to implementation and support.
    • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure project success.
    • Analyze existing IT processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation within the IT department, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide IT team members, promoting professional growth and building an impactful team.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across IT and other departments to drive collective success.

What We're Looking For

  • More than 10 years of experience in IT strategy, project management, transformation management, or related roles (Experience in consulting is preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in an IT leadership role, Proficiency in modern technological tools and solutions
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions and driving sophisticated projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge in enterprise architecture, IT assurance & risk management, and provider/vendor management is a plus.
  • Experience with sourcing and provider management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and digital transformation standard processes is a plus.
