We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our finance and business team as an SAP-B1 expert. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both teams to understand business processes, flows, reports, and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. Configure modules – Align to development team and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated Systems also implement best practices.
  • System Integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ownership & Mentorship
  • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation
  • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years' experience, and at least 1 to 2 complete SAP-B1 implementation cycles with preferable manufacturing or trading background.
  • Strong business acumen with an edge to quickly pick business process and think on good solutioning.
  • Candidate from Finance background will be an added advantage.
