SAP Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a SAP FICO with RAR Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules, with a strong focus on SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and supporting SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, etc.)
  • Designing and implementing solutions for SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Handling system configuration, testing, and issue resolution
  • Supporting month-end and year-end financial closing processes
  • Conducting user training and documentation as needed

The successful candidate must have:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record to Report)
  • Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, etc.)
  • Good understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
