Lead Innovative Digital Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Application Lead to drive innovation and efficiency within the application development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively.
  • Responsible for making team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate teams and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce development best practices.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

For this role, you should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. A degree in computer science or related field is also required.
