We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Digital Gaia. In this role, you will lead multi-channel campaigns that drive growth, optimize ROI, and enhance brand visibility for our diverse set of clients. You will manage strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and programmatic platforms, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • PPC & Paid Media Management:
    Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
  • SEO & Content Strategy:
    Oversee keyword research, content alignment, and on-page/off-page SEO initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Monitor campaign performance in GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools, providing regular insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conversion Tracking:
    Implement and troubleshoot tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other tools to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Client Communication:
    Lead client meetings, present reports, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance growth.
  • Cross-Channel Integration:
    Collaborate with content, creative, and CRM teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay ahead of platform changes, new tools, and emerging marketing trends to keep clients competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 6+ years of experience in
    digital marketing, PPC, and SEO
    with proven success in managing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of
    GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and attribution models
    .
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    agency environments
    managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of
