Job Title: Digital Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assume the role of a Digital Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Project Manager and be responsible for coordinating and managing digital project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope and objectives.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
  • Ensure quality of content with quick, effective turnaround on website changes.
  • Consistently monitor the website, keeping brand strategy in mind.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather and analyze data on website performance.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables meet quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
