Senior Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, and modern frontend frameworks.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer where you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performing applications using best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain robust backend services with Ruby on Rails, and develop interactive UI components that meet industry standards.
  • Write clean, test-driven, and reusable code aligned with industry best practices.
  • Participate in Agile activities such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct peer code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure quality standards across the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using monitoring and logging tools.
  • Collaborate with teams to create technical documentation and internal tools.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Git workflows, and test-driven development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
