Job Title

Lease Manager position available at a leading organization, overseeing the daily functions of the Lease Abstraction team.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage the team, fostering effective collaboration with other departments and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

  • Responsibilities include local managed services oversight, leadership of managed services employees in India, engaging with business leaders globally, and driving global integration and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee lease abstraction projects, including training and onboarding new abstractors.
  • Lead the team to achieve great things by inspiring and motivating them.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between teams and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in lease abstraction or related field, managing a global team, or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Prior experience with abstraction projects, including training and onboarding new abstractors.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve great things.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; Master's preferred.
