We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client relationships in India and beyond.
This role will set the standard for how we show up with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams are always a step ahead, and building long-term trust that converts into growth.
- This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen, commercial thinking, and creative sensibility.
- You will oversee a team that translates business goals into creative action and spot opportunities before clients even ask.
This is a key position within our organization responsible for driving revenue growth through effective client management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through effective client management.
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
In this role, you will be accountable for client retention, upsell, and revenue expansion, as well as for how the client service team delivers.
Requirements:- A minimum of 12 years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B is a plus).
- Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders.
- Ability to manage both detail and direction.
- Track record of running multi-market accounts.
- Instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline.
- Strong retention and expansion across accounts.
- Clients see us as a strategic partner.
- A team that runs independently with commercial and creative judgment.
- Steady account growth with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Projects delivered accurately, on time, on budget, and profitably.
- Smooth billing, receivables, and financial accuracy.
