Senior Manager, Medical Content Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the development and review of medical affairs content. This includes abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, presentations, graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, plain language summaries, slide decks, medical education resources, social media, infographics, video, and multi-media content.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review medical affairs content with limited supervision
- Serve as a subject matter expert in independent communication, writing, and development of drafts
- Review drafts for clarity, perspective, accuracy, and overall quality
- Ensure training on relevant tools and processes, including new generative AI technology platforms
- Provide solutions to authors for projects led by self and collaborate with other teams to drive these solutions
- Advanced scientific degree (e.g., MRes, MPharm, MSc, PhD, PharmD, MBBS, MD)
- 7 years of experience in writing and developing medical content for the pharmaceutical industry, academic settings, CRO, or biotech company
- Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with team members, authors, and key external stakeholders cross culturally regionally
- Effective English verbal and written communication
