Lead Medical Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Content Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing medical content across various formats, including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, presentations, graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, plain language summaries, slide decks, medical education resources, social media, infographics, video, and multimedia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review medical content in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conduct research, organize, compile, interpret, and quality-check technical and medical information
- Review drafts for clarity, perspective, accuracy, and overall quality, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and internal checklists
- Train team members in writing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Serve as a functional expert for the product within the therapeutic area and support junior team members
- Maintain open and independent communication with authors and stakeholders
- E nsure delivery of projects within expected timelines while adhering to quality and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Advanced scientific degree (e.g., MRes, MPharm, MSc, PhD, PharmD, MBBS, MD, MSc, MPH)
- 5+ years of experience in writing and developing medical content for the pharmaceutical industry, academic settings, CROs, or biotech companies
- Ability to lead and execute projects independently and engage diverse stakeholders
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills, with flexibility to adapt to various settings
