Job Overview

As a Senior Medical Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality materials, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, and contributing to organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Create engaging, client-ready scientific and medical materials, including slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and training decks, under the guidance of senior leads.
  • Client Relations: Foster trusting relationships with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, authors, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and project delivery.
  • Professional Growth: Attend workshops, seminars, and trainings to hone your skills, staying abreast of industry developments and best practices.
  • Project Support: Assist senior team members as needed, providing document specialist expertise and contributing to making cutting-edge research accessible to targeted audiences.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the medical communications team to share best practices, skill development, and client preferences, driving excellence in content creation and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in medical writing, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of scientific and medical concepts, with the ability to interpret complex information and convey it in a clear, concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using software applications, such as Microsoft Office, to create and edit documents, presentations, and other materials.
  • Familiarity with medical communications principles and best practices, with a focus on regulatory compliance and attention to detail.
