Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing medical affairs content, including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters, presentations, graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, plain language summaries, slide decks, medical education resources, infographics, video, multi-media and other types of external-facing medical content.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing high-quality medical content across assigned therapeutic areas, medicines, and digital channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop medical content that meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality
  • Providing solutions to authors for assigned projects and collaborating with other teams to drive these solutions
  • Ensuring the accuracy, review, and data quality control of all medical content
  • Supporting the development of training materials for product therapeutic area priorities
  • Staying up-to-date with evolving trends in medical content generation and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • An advanced scientific doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MBBS, MD, MSc, MPH, MPharm)
  • Excellent scientific writing skills, including the ability to interpret and summarize complicated data effectively, concisely, and persuasively
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in writing and developing medical content for the pharmaceutical industry, academic settings, CRO, or biotech company
  • Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with authors and key external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills
