Business Process Analyst

About this RoleThis role is part of a team responsible for process execution and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to balance change with adjustments to systems and processes readily, and demonstrate resilience under pressure.
The successful candidate will execute pre-defined tasks with minimal supervision, complete assigned routine tasks within specified time frames, and meet agreed-upon accuracy levels.
Key responsibilities include executing data transactions, sharing standard methodologies, and identifying problems through audits or customer feedback.
A minimum qualification is a B.Com or equivalent graduate degree. Preferred skills include prior experience in retail banking, mortgage, or finance industry, proficiency in written and verbal English interpersonal skills, and knowledge of MS Office.
