About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated student intern for a Business Analyst role. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a self-driven, detail-oriented student with strong analytical skills and an interest in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions in the financial sector.
About the Internship: As a Business Analyst, you will work on projects involving requirement gathering, process optimization, and solution design. You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple mini-projects across various departments of the company. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to business analysis in a fast-growing FinTech environment.
Key Responsibilities As part of the internship, you will work through a structured set of assignments designed to enhance your understanding of business analysis methodologies and applications. Your primary responsibilities will include: Requirements Analysis & Documentation Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional specifications Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams Develop and maintain requirement documentation Process Analysis & Improvement Map and analyse current business processes Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency Participate in process redesign initiatives Data Analysis & Reporting Analyse business data to identify trends and patterns Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders Support data-driven decision making Solution Design & Implementation Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance Support change management and training activities Monitor solution implementation and gather feedback Capstone Project Complete an end-to-end business analysis project including: Problem identification, Requirements gathering, Solution design, Implementation planning, and ROI assessment
