Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance professional to play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and reliability across our flagship mobile franchise, Jackpot Party Casino.

This position requires a detail-obsessed individual who can work independently, stay highly responsive, and accountable in night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy. They will create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.

Key responsibilities include documenting and tracking issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution, collaborating with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early, reproducing and isolating complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts, and generating clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries.

LiveOps QA Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality and stability of all live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities
  • Test configured Live Events (before and after they go live), covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows
Feature QA Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution
  • Write and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases in Xray
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.)
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Product, Art)
  • Experience with mobile or web-based games or apps

Nice To Have:

  • Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games
  • Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content
  • Experience with Unity-based asset validation and bundle integration checks
  • Exposure to automation tools or scripting for regression optimization
