Automation Test Specialist\

Develop test strategies and plans to ensure the quality of our software. This includes creating and maintaining automation test data.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Design and improve automated tests in response to new system features and enhancements.\
  • Run automated tests and manage the resulting defect log until defects are fixed.\
  • Ensure that the necessary test environments and infrastructure are in place and up-to-date.\
  • Identify and report any questionable functions or performance concerns to product teams.\
  • Document and teach QA engineers about testing frameworks.\
  • Help select and implement tools, technologies, and practices that support our QA process.\
  • Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development.\
  • Familiarity with Defect Management and Bug life cycles, as well as Performance management.\
  • Ability to debug test failures and trace them back to failing code.\
  • Experience building automation frameworks for web-based software and mobile platforms.\
  • Strong background in object-oriented programming languages.\
  • Integrate automated testing into a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins.\
  • Strong SQL skills and/or data validation.\
  • Ability to communicate and drive sustainable processes.\
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.\
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
  • Willingsness to propose ideas and test new approaches.\
  • Extensive knowledge of coding standards implementation.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the team on solution creation, proof-of-concept, prototyping, problem solving, and consulting engagements.\
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused.\
