Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AV expert to lead our team in delivering exceptional audio-visual solutions.

This role requires the selected candidate to work on-site at one of our client's office in Mumbai, India, and be responsible for spearheading AV projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather requirements from clients for AV-related projects
  2. Design innovative solutions based on received briefs and gathered requirements
  3. Secure business approval for AV solutions
  4. Provide final designs to the Collaboration Head/Vendor Management team for vendor quotes
  5. Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from vendors
  6. Coordinate downtime for project implementation once Purchase Orders are issued to vendors
  7. Verify vendor drawings (intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD preferred)
  8. Coordinate with CIS/BU Teams (Civil and MEP) for room readiness
  9. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery
  10. Lead end-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams
  11. Ensure project execution meets customer satisfaction
  12. Document projects throughout lifecycles
  13. Check physical installations for quality
  14. Test and commission AV systems
  15. Take handover from vendors with proper documentation
  16. Support Asset Management in verifying deliveries
  17. Provide project handovers to Operations Team/Customer with training
  18. Offer remote 1st-level support for maintenance calls
  19. Visit sites to address issues or troubleshoot as needed
  20. Conduct periodic health checks of AV systems and suggest improvements
  21. Conduct POCs for latest technologies

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality. A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in AV deployment, is highly desirable.
