
Senior Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve primary and secondary sales targets in assigned territories as per annual business plans.
- Appoint new distributors, handle existing ones, increase product placement, and enhance visibility for primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure the activation of below-the-line activities in targeted retail stores.
- Guarantee secondary sales in outlets to qualify for the target sales figures.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Maintain adherence to the monthly billing cycle and outlet numbers.
- Execute secondary sales schemes smoothly across markets.
- Identify opportunities for market penetration.
- Manage sales automation using Salesforce.com (SFDC): upload secondary sales data and maintain SFDC records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
