Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve primary and secondary sales targets in assigned territories as per annual business plans.
  • Appoint new distributors, handle existing ones, increase product placement, and enhance visibility for primary and secondary sales.
  • Ensure the activation of below-the-line activities in targeted retail stores.
  • Guarantee secondary sales in outlets to qualify for the target sales figures.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure retention.
  • Maintain adherence to the monthly billing cycle and outlet numbers.
  • Execute secondary sales schemes smoothly across markets.
  • Identify opportunities for market penetration.
  • Manage sales automation using Salesforce.com (SFDC): upload secondary sales data and maintain SFDC records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
